how many kwh of energy does one pound of lead generate

Lead itself is not used to generate power, but lead-acid batteries are a good way to store energy by transferring electrons from one cell to another when charged from a source of electricity. This electricity can come from any source, including renewable sources such as wind and solar. Lead-acid batteries can store 0.035 kwh per kilogram
