WOW!  While I cannot answer your question exactly, i did find some figures that can help shed some light on the subject.  The Blue angels report that one F18 uses 1,300 gallons of JP-5 jet fuel at a cost of $1,378.  From my memory of air shows there are usually between 2 and 6 flying at once.  While there are also many other acts in an air show, this gives you a snap shot of one sector of the fuel costs.
