As long as the fishs innitial stock is high enough, its growth rate is high enough (a value taken by evaluating many different factors such as natural preditors, avergae life span ect) and its extraction rate (a percentage of the fish total stock) is not too high, a species of fish should be able to safely be extracted indefintely without harming it’s population.
