The closest I could find for how many cigarettes smoked per day is around 1,112,500,000 in the US. Many other countries don’t keep accurate count on cigarette sales and consumption. This figure is based on the fact that 44.5 million US adults smoke regularly with an average of LESS than 25 per day. The figure I started is at 25, so it is likely less than that.
So that makes about 15 billion a day, and about 640,000,000 an hour.
