According to the below link, a 70kg body (154 lb) would have 7*10^27 atoms in it. This number was come to evaluating the prescence of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon, which make up 99% of a human body (‘trace’ elemaents were not included)
7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for a person who weighs 155 pounds roughly. Another interesting fact that speaks to how small an atom is and how small a cell is (which is made of atoms) states that “125 million atoms could fit in the period at the end of this sentence”.
