According to NatureServe (linked below) no definitive population studies have been done for the Arizona tree frog. They presume the global population to be above 10,000 individuals. It is a Candidate species for the US Fish Wildlife Service because its habitat is sensitive and isolated which makes them susceptible to catastrophic events like fires and droughts.
