Lava is about 2000 degrees Farenheit. The human body incinerates at about 1400 degrees Farenheit.
Long before you touched the lava you’d probably die of heat stroke, or be in so much pain from the heat that you’d die of the shock/stress. The death itself would be instant, probably too swift to feel any pain.
