How long does it take the fly eggs to hatch on an animal
As soon as a house fly lays an egg, it will hatch into a fully formed larva within 24 hours. It will take another 5 or 6 days for the larva to become a pupa, and then another 3-6 days for the pupa to become a fully formed adult fly.
