how long does an owl take to lay eggs after hatching, and does it change position of laying eggs e.g the nest to another place or it continues laying in that very position it hatched some times back.

It varies from species to species, but generally owls start breeding around three years after hatching.  Owls don’t generally make their nest where they were born, preferring to nest where prey is abundant.
