How long does it take your body to recover after a workout?

    It takes your muscles about 3-5 days to fully recover from a workout.

    Well, for a anaerobic workout, its best to give each muscle group worked a full week of recovery in order to acheive proper growth and regeneration. As far as cardio workouts, you can perform those most every day, with one or two days off a week. Hope I helped, and have a green day!
