Just based on the sheer size of Bluefin Tuna, I don’t think that it would ever be practical to farm them. Most commercially farmed fish are a lot smaller, and can be farmed in a shallow pond that is easy to clean. We would need a huge pond to keep Bluefin Tuna, and such a large pond would require a lot of money to construct and maintain. I think that we could better spend our efforts cutting back on harvesting them for a while to let their species recover, then harvesting them at Maximum Sustainable Yield.
