A tiger’s life expectancy is typically 15-20 years in the wild, and somewhat longer in captivity. The oldest recorded tiger was 26 years old.
Tigers live about 8-10 years in the wild, but can live up to twenty-six years in captivity. Cubs spend the first two years of their lives with their mother.
