Soups will only last the same amount of time as any ingredient in them. Like pretty many prepared perishable food items, soup probably goes bad in about 4-5 days.
About a week once opened. Check the box. Obviously canned soups will last much longer. A fresh soup would probably go bad in like 5 days.
Soup usually tastes good for about 4 days after being opened or made and stored in the fridge. If you have a lot of extra soup on hand, try freezing it in individual portions to be reheated any time. That way, it will last for up to a year and still taste as fresh as the day it was made.
