A good quality LED will last around 70,000 hours, but there’s a bit more to it than that. It doesn’t burn out like an incandescent. Rather, it fades in light output. The 70,000 hours is its functional lifespan; that is, where the LED has reached 30% lumen depreciation. It will still light up for thousands of hours after that, just not at its functional intensity.
