Different species of Maple trees have different life spans, however they typically range between 75 and 100+ years. Maple trees are however susceptible to disease which can greatly reduce their life expectancy.
That would depend on the type of maple tree. For instance, a red maple has a life span of about 130 years, while a sugar maple can live for an average of 300 years. Silver maples live for an average of 100 years. Life span also has to do with the environmental conditions to which the tree is exposed. Trees that live in an urban environment have shorter life spans because they are exposed to pollutants and get either too much or too little water.
