Mother dogs of new born pup’s take care of the pup’s for five to seven weeks. Then the owner usally sell’s them or give’s them away. Then the mother can have a new litter as the other puppies grow. But she will become devestated if you give all her pup’s and litters away so at least keep one or two so she will be happy.
