Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any statistics on this. However, a gecko’s tongue is long enough for it to clean its eyes and nose. Its tongue is also used to help smell things around it and find suitable breeding partners. On a personal note, my brother used to own a leopard gecko, and its tongue wasn’t very long.
