Air pollution is a large problem. Air pollution has a greater impact on climate than water pollution or other types of pollution. Air pollution not only includes green house gas emissions, but also substances that are toxic and high levels and dust. Air pollution is a direct harm to individual human health (smog, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.) as well as global environmental health. The more air pollution, the more heat that gets trapped with in our atmosphere, and a constant increase of global temperatures and ice loss in the Arctic and Antarctic regions. It’s a positive feedback system that threatens all life on the global scale, and this all starts with the high concentration of air pollution.
