How high can humidity get?

The relative humidity of the air (the term “relative” refers the relationship between humidity and temperature) often reaches 101 percent in natural settings; this is usually the level of humidity present in clouds. Once the humidity exceeds this maximum percentage, the dew point is reached, meaning that the air is saturated with water vapor. Upon reaching the dew point, the vapor condenses into liquid water.
