How have the artificial islands in the sea hurt fish populations?

Artificial islands may disrupt migration patterns of fish populations. They may also affect where food for the fish are. If the fish eat other types of fish, artificial islands may keep the prey from being where they usually are because they may act as a fish aggregating device. These new islands of life may disrupt larger population interactions and relationships.
