There isn’t a lot of information about this, and what research there has been into the motion of the plates does not always agree. The different plates move at different rates, and the majority of research agrees they move at speeds between 0.60 cm/yr to 10 cm/yr. The linked page has information on the estimated velocity of each individual plate.
There is actually a phenomenal amount of information about plate motion speeds, and for the major plates, rates are well established by diverse approaches and data sets and repeated measurements. The other answer is correct in that typical speeds range from about 1 cm to 10 cm per year.
