Sao Paulo’s subway system in Brazil is regarded as one of the best systems in the world. It is a great way to get around, is relatively easy to use, and helps avoid the city’s bad traffic. The two major lines are: the North-South and the East- West. It does not reach all areas of the huge city however. All lines operate from 5am to midnight, ticket windows close at 10pm.
