How does thermal energy transfer into electrical energy in a Nuclear Power Plant?

The nuclear reaction itself creates the heat, which is used to heat up water into steam. Once you have superheated steam, it is transfered to turn a turbine. This creates the electricity. After it turns the turbine the steam is condensed back into water, and the process repeats itself.
