    Spirulina is a healthy and nutritious super food. It helps defend our bodies against stress, inflammation, and sickness. Spirulina contains nutrients necessary for the body’s health such as iron, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and zeaxanthin/lutein which is good for the eyes. 

    Spirulina also contains beta-carotene which have antioxidant properties. Spirulina can also help cleanse and detox the body of harmful toxins.
