How does soil development affect forest migration?

Forests are actually a self regulating environment, developing its own soil through a combination of decay, droppings, fires, and worms, who recycle the various dead matter that falls to the floor, breaking it down into rich, fertile soil. although fires may temporarily clear an area, the ash will make that soil richer, and trees that wurvive will thrive, and new saplings will sprout up. So a forest creates its own migration through the soil.

    I hope this helped!
