How does rising levels of carbon affect marine life?

Increasing CO2 in the atmosphere makes the pH in the ocean drop.  This means that the more carbon we pump into the atmosphere, the more acidic the water will become.  Also, many habitats and fish behaviors are changing just because of the increase in water temperature.
