How does the quantity of helium affect lift in a baloon?

    The higher the helium content, the more the balloon will rise.  Helium has a density of 0.00018 grams per milliliter while air has a density of 0.00128 grams per milliliter.  This difference in densities makes a helium balloon lighter than air, causing it to rise above the air. The concept is similar to how oil floats on water.
