In Photosynthesis, plants absorb energy from the sun’s rays. This energy is then metabolized with Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Water (H2O) to produce Oxygen (O2) and simple glucose sugars (C6 H12 O6). These sugars are the basic energy for all living things, plants use them to grow and animals eat them to use the sugars to grow.
