How does water get saltier than sea water?

Let’s take for example, the Dead Sea. Water from the Dead Sea is 10 times saltier than ocean water. The Dead Sea is constantly fed by rivers and streams which supply the Sea with minerals, yet there is no outlet. Water continually evaporates due to high temperatures concentrating the mineral salts. So most water bodies with no outlet will continue to increase in salinity, especially if located in high temperatures.
