How does an energy auditor make their assumption?

Energy auditors don’t make as many assumptions as they take readings. We all have devices installed in our homes that keep track of energy use (how much in Kilowatt hours is being fed into the home)… an energy auditor’s job is to take a reading and see to it that there is not much that can be done to limit the waste. This was energy efficiency and use can be maximized while pollution and waste are minimized.
