Well most rural African communities live off the land. Growing their own crops and using the natural water flow or ground water around them to survive. With climate change, you can disrupt the farming season. Droughts or to much rain can ruin the farming practices of these individuals. Also water sources could either be diverted, polluted, or start drying up causing people to not be able to eat or drink, thus putting their whole civilization at risk.
