Apple has many health benefits and it is considered as a Superfood. Although it is a misnomer that only eating Apples Daily will Keep your Doctor away. We should have a balanced eating plan which involves all veggies and fruits. So Apple a Day is just fine is you get complete nutrition from other sources as well.
