How do you get rid of tape worms if you have one?

Treatments include anthelmintic drugs (which can shrink some cysts), anti-inflammatories (to help reduce swelling caused by the cysts), anti-epileptic therapy (if the infection is causing seizures), shunt placement (if it is causing too much fluid in the brain), and surgery (to remove cysts).  It is important to maintain exemplary personal hygiene so as to avoid reinfecting yourself.

Tapeworms are helminthes and can be got rid of by the use of antihelminthic drugs as nsipoli has suggested.

However, I advise you consult professionals as drugs should not be taken without prescription by doctors or pharmacists. Self medication is dangerous and may be suicidal.
