How do Undulatus asperatus differ from other cloud types?

These clouds are rare, but appear differently from other clouds. They are rather ominous looking, but are found in the Plains after a severe storm. Their name translates to “turbulent undulation”. Looking at pictures of these clouds, it was decided that they need their own name since they don’t fit into any other category set up currently.
