How do scientists help the environment?

Scientists help the environment by doing thorough research and conducting studies on factors that are having a negative impact on the planet. The information that is collected during the research study is used to support the scientist’s findings. This is valuable data that will help to prove scientist’s theories when it comes time to relay the findings from a study to interested parties and or authority figures. Scientists help to provide factual information pertaining to environmental issues so we know where we stand concerning the state of our planet. This information can then be used to formulate a strategic plan to address the issues.
