How do paperless toilets work?

Paperless toilets spray water activated by a button to first clean and rinse. The temperature setting of the water can be adjusted to suit the user’s liking. The seat itself is also heated and can be adjusted by another set of buttons. One then selects the dry button, and air is blown to dry the water that was sprayed. Japan has been using these toilets since the 1980’s.
