How do I get my Omeda 3 as a Vegetarian?

I have been a vegetarian before, and became anemic. Now I am on iron and folic acid so I thought I would give it a try again since I really can’t stand the thought of eating meat.
But I am told that I need to eat fish to get proper Omega 3. I don’t want to eat fish. The ocean needs all the fish it can keep. So is there a vegetarian source of Omega 3?

There are lots of botanical sources of Omega-3. Flax, in the form of crushed flax-seeds or flax-seed oil, is one of the best and most widely available Omega-3 supplements. Also good supplements are walnuts, hazelnuts, black raspberries, and kiwis. Lots of tasty choices!
