How do clouds just appear out of the air?

    Clouds form when the vaporized water in the air gets cold enough to condence and become clouds. The reason they seem to appear out of the air is because the moisture in the air has finally hit a cold enough patch to allow the water to condence. When the condence enough, they can be seen by us.
