Baboons have a similar respiratory system as humans do. They breathe in and out their mouth and nose, taking air in their lungs as they expand and exhaling air as the lungs contract. For more on lungs and breathing see this website http://www.kidcyber.com.au/topics/body_lungs.htm
Since baboons are a species of monkey, their respiratory systems are very similar to those of human systems. They breathe in much the same way as we do, through the mouth and nose, and their hearts and lungs also function much the same way as ours.
