How is corruption jeopardizing Indonesia’s climate change deals?

    There is rampant corruption and mismanagement within the reforestation initiative.   There is huge opportunity for Indonesia to reduce emissions by 1.5 gigatonnes by 2030 and it is being thwarted by greedy politicians.  The UN reached an agreement with rich nations, where they will essentially be paying poor countries to stop deforestation, which is among the leading causes of global warming due to CO2 emissions.  Officials representing Indonesia and handling the negations are among those accused.
