How is climate change affecting wheat crops in the US?

There is almost no way to predict how climate change will play out over the long run.  But wheat, corn and other grain crops will have to be managed just as all crops will the world over.  As weather changes, people will have to adapt and maybe there will be more climate-appropriate crops used, which can reduce irrigation and chemical use overall.  Heat is not the only concern with climate change – there is the chance of increased storms and high winds which can cause more soil erosion, as well as crop failure from climate change, so everyone will have to adjust to the changes as they occur in their area.
