To clean moldy fabric, you should first be wearing gloves of some sort so that you don’t touch the mold spore directly. The first step is to take a brush and remove what you can of the mold spore. Then use either bleach (if it’s white and non-porous) or a pre-wash stain remover and treat like a normal stain. Be sure to let it air dry outside in the sun so that the stain from the mold doesn’t set in deeper.
To clean the Moldy fabric you need to wash it with something that will definitely kill the mold. The first way is to use tea tree oil. You mix 2 cups of water and 2 tsp of tea tree oil in a spray bottler and spray the fabric. Let it sit and then wipe it away. Another way is to use baking soda and vinegar. First, place the baking soda on the mold. Second, spray the vinegar onto the baking soda. Rinse the fabric and it should have killed the mold.
