How can we use water to cool buildings?

One method is through a fountain wall. A wall is built with a waterproof, slightly slanted face. Water is slowly pumped out of nozzles at the top, and cascades down the wall into a basin at the floor, where it si pumped back to the top like a decorative fountan. Not only is this aesthetically pleasing, but the movement of water causes cool water vapor to be released into the air into the room, cooling it.
