Unfortunately, condensed water machines are extremely expensive (about $1600) and they use power to convert the water vapor into water. For this reason they are only currently used to provide water to the most drought effected areas for farming or for potable water. The link below suggests that they can be used for moisture farming, turning desserts into forests, etc., however, users have to carefully weight the power costs of such an enterprise and the practicality of artificially converting a dry area.
