We can ultimately make green energy the cheapest option by investing in strong green energy infrastructure. The initial costs will be expensive as we convert a nation and a world that runs on fossil fuels to run on something renewable but if we get over the initial hump, it’ll eventually be cheaper. It’ll be cheaper because we will have an essentially unlimited supply of solar, wind, and other types of renewable energy that will only be restricted by how many solar and wind farms we have. If we can build the infrastructure and successfully break the powerful monopoly that many energy companies have, we can make green energy a cheaper, more practical option.
