We can’t, short of trucking snow up there ourselves, which would be a waste of time and money. Climate change has melted snow all over the world, including Mount Kilimanjaro. Unfortunately, even if we severely limit our carbon dioxide production, it will be probably at least a century before we are completely carbon neutral. By that time, the damage will have been done, as the CO2 is already in the atmosphere, causing temperatures to rise. With higher temperatures, the ice cannot exist in some places.
