You can become healthier and greener by only eating at local restaurants, which typically only make their meals out of organic foods. Shopping at local grocery stores that offer organic produce and food. Also, maybe walking to work, the store or out would help you get some exercise in while helping the planet and not driving.
Using natural cleaning products in your home, instead of harsh chemical filled abrasive cleaners, will clean up the air in your home and be kinds to the environment. Recycling, gardening and participating in local eco friendly activities will provide a good workout, and volunteering your time to a worthy effort is good for the soul. Also, as stated above, going organic will curtail the use of pesticides in your food, and will make you healthier as well.
