Passive solar heating is basically the use of energy from the sun without the use of photovoltaics. The way that solar panels produce solar heat is that is designed in such a way that it can directly utilize the sun’s rays to produce warmth and light (also referred to as energy). Basically how it works is that sun radiation is gathered inside the house and stored in sun areas like sun rooms, and in thermal areas such as mason walls and concrete floors. The heat from the sun gathered from the solar panels stored on these home parts will be released in a slow manner in order to keep the place warm.
