The most common way to save seeds from year to year is to dry the mature seeds and store them in a freezer or cool dry place. There are many ways to save and store seeds. My suggestions would be to try a few different ways and see which one brings the best result during the following growing season. Some other ways include fermenting the seeds until the next season and allowing the seeds to dry on the plant instead of picking them off. It would be great if you let us know which way works best for you.
