Great question, Anon19278. I think the best thing to keep in mind here is moderation. It is so easy to get caught up in being excessive without even realizing it. Just think of all the little things you can do, like carpooling, keeping lights of when they are not needed, limit your water use if possible, try to buy products with less packaging, and any other little thing you can think of will help!
There are various ways to reduce your carbon footprint. Some suggestions include recycling and looking for ways to reduce your trash output. For example, bringing your own grocery bags instead of using the disposable plastic ones. Also, taking public transportation instead of driving a car would help reduce pollution, and an even more effective method of reducing carbon emissions would be to take a bike or walking.
